Refunds:

We have a NO refund policy.  Once your order reaches production we can not initiate a refund. 

Cancellations:

If you would like to cancel your order. there is a cancellation fee of 5%.  This fee covers fees we incur when processing your payment and your refund.  

NOTE:  Once you approve your proof, the order cannot be canceled.
