Our turnaround time is 4-6 business days unless there is proofing delays. USPS First class depends on the season as there can be few weeks of delays. 

We do not take responsibility for lost packages, shipping errors or mishandling by shipping providers.  Tracking is included with all orders.  Contact the shipping provider directly if you have a problem.

We are not responsible for the wrong address being put in by the customer.

Shipping times may vary, but are typically 3-5 business days once the carrier has the package. We cannot guarantee shipping times due to carrier delays.

 

We currently do not ship outside of the United States.
